I reside in the Willowbrook area and have been a stay at home mom, raising my (3) children, for approximately (11) years, from January 2000 to January 2012. I also served as caregiver to my mother, who has Alzheimer's, for (4) out of those (11) years. As of January 2012, I re-entered the workforce with a part time job with Hallmark Cards, LLC. This was a part time position in the merchandising arena, however, my prior relative experience has been primarily in the customer service/administrative field, including time spent working for Technical Aid Corporation in the capacity of office Administrative Assistant. •Created, processed and scheduled vacant and occupied service warranty repairs for hardwood, tile, carpet and vinyl plank flooring for the company’s largest account, using Excel and Microsoft Word. I followed up with my builders and homeowners to ensure all work was completed satisfactorily and all deadlines were met.

•Processed and scheduled change orders to meet customers’ new selections and specifications.

•Conferred with customers via telephone or email, or in person to provide information about products or services, enter orders, cancel installations or repairs, or obtain details of complaints to provide a timely resolution.

•Created and maintained records of customer transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to resolve the issues.

•Assisted expediting manager during morning installer load out with bin locations, material sign out sheets, preparing the tile install schedule for next day. Attached any missing documents, i.e.: floor plans, special instruction for the installer, lock box numbers to eliminate any installation delays allowing the builder to stay on schedule. Verified material and square footages for new installs to ensure job will go out as scheduled. Issued all extra material requests for material shortages, job measures, pre walks, and job grading’s for jobs in progress so they can be completed prior to closing date.

•Provided support to the scheduling department by scheduling all “support desk requests” using the scheduling program Zendesk and Excel, for all hardwood, tile, carpet and vinyl plank installs and vacant/occupied repairs. I scheduled and confirmed all next day vacant repairs to meet closing’s, inspections, or buyer walks to achieve completion with the goal of meeting all deadlines to ultimately close the service request and invoice a happy customer.

Accomplishments: I was awarded with an Employee of the Month certificate for the month of June 2014, from Flooring Systems, for outstanding achievement and dedication to service.
