Manage and oversee eight different network location in Southern California using MPLS. Setup and install new servers, routers, switches, as well as configure VLans for VOIP. Manage all Windows and Linux servers and provided updates and maintenance for standalone as well as a virtual environment. Setup users in AD and well as GPO. Support all users via remote tools or person. Configuring Watch Guard XTM firewalls and setup VPN’s for all upper management and some field engineers. Support Informix DB and SQL server in a clustered environment. Manage and maintain all backup’s via Backup Exec 2015 to tape as well as to SAS. Unix and Linux Systems Support engineer for Foglight monitoring application that runs on all flavors of UNIX and Windows Servers. I handled first and second level support calls for high end production issue related to our Foglight application. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix issues related to BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, Oracle E-Business suite, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 UDB, and SQL server. Installed and configured Oracle, Oracle E-Business on Redhat Linux. Installed and configured DB2 on AIX UNIX. Installed, configured, and deployed both WebSphere and WebLogic in a UNIX/LINUX and windows environment. Installed and configured Apache as well as IIS web server and setup virtual hosting.
