This position reports to the Purchasing/Contracting Division Head and is responsible for the formulation and administration of Corporate contract service planning to support the facilities operation; review policies and procedures to ensure best price, quality, delivery and service are obtained from vendor to achieve the best industrial practice to maximize the total cost savings. Identifying suppliers /Contractors globally, issuing e-RFQ, managing pre-bid meetings, managing analysis of RFQ

* Develop negotiation strategies based on market competition, market trend index, global price comparison and/or previous order history to create cost saving.

* Work closely with the project managers to identify the final requirements and collaborate on the work required from sourcing to award the bid to the supplier /Contractor with the best overall value to meet Legal and client requirement.

* Ensure compliance with service agreement requirements-Terms and Conditions.

* Ensure contract service process meet ISO and SOP requirements.

*Prepare and submit Departmental Monthly Report, Annual Goal report.
