EXPERIENCE:

Currently working as Senior Software Testing Engineer [Manual Testing, Automation Testing] since last 1.3 years with Accenture, Travelers project.

RCT is the application which tracks risk, business activities of different LOB s for all the users.

The main objective is to track all the business activities, risk actions, evidences of the entire LOB s for all the users and tracking all the categories in the tracker daily/weekly/monthly/quarter basis.

Description:

AT&T s Business Voice over IP portfolio of services enable the transmission of voice telephone calls in IP format over a BVoIP compatible transport service to and from sites where both AT&T BVoIP and a BVoIP compatible transport service have been installed.

Project mainly deals with the Service delivery, provisioning and Service Assurance.
