DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Study and review of permit documents, store acquisition, material returnable and non returnable gate pass

Preparation of technical and commercial enquiry request to vendors and participate in the evaluation of vendor quotations

Attending pre-tender meeting and site visit

Monthly audit of safety precautions

Preparation of Schedule, Manpower Mobilizing, material planning and attending safety meeting

Prepare contract documentation from procurement services and materials

Responsible for completion of all documentation

Liaising with clients & their representatives, attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Providing Guideline to Sub-Contractors and vendors for the execution of work and clearing the invoices of the sub-contractors

Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site

Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per Client specifications

Execution of project as per the planning and schedule

Monthly audit of electrical panels

Calibration of weigh scale indicators, Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitter and Level Transmitter and Level Sensor.

PROJECT-WORK

Project Title : OPTICAL STRESS MEASUREMENT USING STRAIN GAUGE SENSOR

Description : To install the strain gauge and measuring the stress which is given to the signal conditioning circuit and converting that analog data to digital for processing in the microcontroller and fiber optics.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Organized and Conducted National Level Technical Symposium INTRONIX ‘13 as Sponsorship Head of the Department.

Won the MARCH PAST TROPHY AND SHIELD in Republic Day and Independence day for V.O.C. Govt. Higher Secondary School (2008-2010)
