Project Summary: The project, Work Force Management (WFM) application allows to work with their ON, near and off-shore teams, standardizing the process to increase the speed and efficiency of Audit, Tax and Advisory work with those teams.
The end to end WFM process begins with engagement teams submitting work to be processed by on, near and off-shore teams and proceeds through that work being executed, reviewed, returned to and assessed by onshore requestors.
The end to end WFM process life cycle involves the below steps:

3.Manager/ Team Lead.
4.Assignment of Work to off-shore Processors who actually does the work by Manager.

6.Onshore Requestor reviews the work and delivers it or can request for re-work.
