It is our role to look at the account activity and give the facts back to the investigating agent. We don’t try to interpret what is going on that is left to the person who submitted the query. We are analyzing the data through Mainframe.

Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer my responsibilities included handling the system queries queued in our queue. Based on the request raised by the Customer, appropriate system query to choose to run in the Mainframe and analyzing the data and provided the activity details to customer.

As A Value add to the Customer, I have developed the Asp.net application Such a way, this application involves the System Query Queues where Customer can Directly submit the request in the form and submitted request is queued into our queue. Queue is designed in such a way that the customer can easily track the progress of his request.

This application involves below activity.

Developing User Controls.

Programming various modules/classes and methods

Unit tested the modules.

Writing Stored Procedures, Views, Functions.

Received Customer appreciations for the above Value add.
