Experience in all areas of manufacturing, i.e.- foundry, welding, machining, etc. and all sizes of manufacturing organizations and practical pieces. Logistical experience, as well as supervisory and business/accounting experience. Able to plan a project from simple idea to completion focusing on critical path to remain on target. Willing to stick to the program, or try new ideas, whichever is best for the project and/or company. Able to shift focus when issues occur and bring the schedule and stakeholders back on track. Well suited to lead large, multi-million dollar projects across multiple continents. Capable of adapting management style to fit management structure within any company.

-Deliverable Responsible for all documentation packages (avg. of 80 pkgs.) totaling approximately $12M in revenue.
