Responsibilities included Wholesale Distribution Management for a 78,000 sq. ft. distribution center with a staff of 20, Inventory, Small Package and LTL Transportation, Budget/P & L, OSHA Compliances, and Special Project Management. Managed 180,000 sq. ft. Atlanta distribution center as well from April 2013 through closure in June 2015 with same job responsibilities with a total staff of 90 employees.
Major Achievements:
Responsible for year over year annual inventory accuracies above 99%.
Implemented an internal audit system for all outbound shipments to an overall accuracy of 98%.
Assisted with refining a production based measurement system (KPI) credited with boosting our lines per hour productivity by 35% year over year since implementation.
