This includes but is not limited to orchestrated web services support, data and analytics support, website design support, solution performance evaluations, reporting and customer training. o Developed a health check framework and conducted Health Checks for key customers to ensure the e-Commerce products are utilized to their full capability and the customer is receiving the maximum benefit out of them. Key recommendations and suggestions from the Health Checks were implemented and have demonstrated increased usage, conversion and application performance.
