Performing as the lead statistician of a phase III study NDA submission task to ensure high quality deliverables that comply with regulatory electronic submission guidance:

- Reviewed protocol and gave protocol training to team members involved in the study

- Produced Speci cations and SDTM CRF annotations (de ne.xml) and generated OpenCDISC vali- dation reports to ensure compliance with CDISC standards.

- Developed the statistical model specs for primary e cacy analysis using comparison test including exact binomial method, McNemar test, Cohen’s Kappa test, Fleiss’s Kappa test and brewslow-Day test.

Performed data analysis (eg. ad-hoc analysis), generated safety and e cacy tables, listings and graphs using Base SAS, SAS Macro, SAS/STAT, SAS/Graph, SAS/SQL and SAS/ODS. Performed statistical analyses according to SAP:
