Project Description:

•Ryder is an external vendor to Pitney Bowes.The scope of the project was when a purchase order (PO) is generated in SAP; this information is then distributed to Ryder, via Middleware. This notification of incoming goods in the Ryder system is used as a basis for creating the goods receipt and transfer orders during the put-a-way process. Any changes (to predetermined relevant fields) to the PO must be communicated to the Ryder as they are made in the SAP system.

•An outbound delivery will be created when there is available stock in SAP. The outbound delivery will be distributed to the external (Ryder) via Middleware. The interface will need to be able to pass serial numbers as some product will have their serial number determine upfront on the sales order and it is this serial number that must be picked. Certaintypes of sales order will use different stock types.The stock type will therefore be important whenmoving stock and will need to be passed as part of the outbound delivery interface.

The frequency that the IDOC is distributed to WMS is to be defined but it is thought that this interface needs to happen close to real time in order to ensure timely shipping.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Develop Broker flow that can receive the iDocs from SAP and transform the request from one format to another using ESQL code.

•Develop Datapower service that can receive the transformed messages and makes soap calls to target via secured SSL.

•This project involved upgrade of existing NEON interfaces to Message broker v7. There were 55 interface upgraded from NEON to Message broker. This project involved ESQL coding and creation of messagesets for different type of incoming and out going data such as IDOC data, fixed length, tag delimited data, comma delimited, pipe delimited etc data. And all the interfaces that had inbound requests coming via http/https should be migrated to datapower from webmethods.

Project Description:

•ServiceMax project is a cloud-based integration,it is an external client to Pitney Bowes and a provider of field service management solutions that automate operational planning such as workforce optimization, advanced scheduling and dispatch, parts logistics, inventory and depot repair, and installed base entitlements.There are 9 interfaces developed as part of this integration.SAP is the system of record for Customer,Equipment,Material and Contract information. Any changes in these information idocs will be triggered in SAP and send EAME SAP Customer/Material/Installed product or Contract data to SFDC cloud platform(ServiceMax) using enterprise wsdl webservices.PartsOrder:On the creation of a new RMA order the interface will be triggered,the data required by SAP will be collated and passed to SAP via middleware. Parts Move: On the creation of a new Parts request in service max the Parts request will be sent to SAP via middle ware.

CallClosure:The Closure of a Service max Case where parts moves are required middleware generates an iDoc out of the xml sent by ServiceMax and is sent to SAP via MQLink.

StockRefresh: A daily process where a StockAmount file is generated at SAP with the Stock Refreshed Data. Middleware picks the

StockAmount file and updates ServiceMax

Responsibilities:

•Developer of 4 member’s team collaborating & co-ordinating well in the entire technical and functional discussions.

•Develop Datapower services to accept the xml requests and process it in middleware.

•The scope of the this project is to transmit Draft5 settlement file to TSYS in order to deduct amount from customer‘s account that is to be billed in TSYS.

•The IMS billing process will create a record to be sent to TSYS to update the customer’s Purchase Power account from revolving to non-revolving by sending the appropriate change in disclosure group. These records are aggregated and sent in a TSYS Standard Batch file at the end of the billing process via EAI.

•During any customer create or update, SAP CRM will publish out an IDOC containing update information. This IDOC is processed in EAI to publish that information to IMS and PbP systems via Middleware.

Responsibilities:

•Was closely interacting with Clients and Vendors for all design discussions.

•Involved in complex designs and providing optimized solutions to use generic reusable components to post data to TSYS.

•ESQL code is done to convert the data to EBCDIC format to be sent to TSYS.

•Created Q2Q adapters in Webmethods to interact with TSYS queue manager from source queue manager.
