Washburn, Kathleen - Resume October ****

October 1, 2016

To: HR management

From: Kathleen P. Washburn, PhD, ARNP, FNP-BC

Re: Employment

To whom it may concern;

I have been a family practitioner nurse practitioner since 1999, and have extensive work experience in family practice offices, rural clinics, adult and pediatric office and acute, in-patient neurology, including neurological assessment of residents in the psychiatric units, and acute, in-patient internal medicine as part of a hospitalist team. Before I went back to graduate school, I worked in home health care for St Vincent’s Home Health in Jacksonville, FL. I started as a field nurse, and after 12 years of experience, I was managing all of St John’s County, all of Clay County, and the west side of Jacksonville, FL as a Zone Manager.

I am seeking employment, starting as soon as possible. I am willing to relocate if the salary is competitive.

Please feel free to contact me via email, phone calls to either of the numbers provided, or text messages to my cell phone. Please feel free to call any of the supervising persons listed on my resume. Other references on request. Please realize that this is a resume, but a more extensive curriculum vitae will be available if requested, but this resume covers my nurse practitioner history. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Kathleen P. Washburn PhD, ARNP, FNP-BC
