Saved $2M+ by value engineering a sewer lift station/force main, and a golf course maintenance facility, also completed the perimeter walls/fencing, entry monuments, streetscapes, master marketing center, storm water pump facility, three-acre parking lot (storm baseball), 50+ acres of habitat restoration, a community park, nine model homes, and a sales center.

5Coordinated supervision, scheduling, permits, inspections, and certificates of occupancy for 77 custom homes (including three models) and all off sites/infrastructure comprising the Tesoro development in Tuscany Hills, CA.

6Directed the day-to-day efforts of two superintendents and 150 trade workers engaged in completing a 16-building, 282-luxury apartment complex, including two pools and clubhouses.

7Spearheaded the construction of administrative offices, an art gallery, gift shop, dungeon, arena seating, kitchen addition, sound/lighting booth, and photography lab for the Medieval Times Dinner/Tournament Theater in Buena Park, California.

8Built a 40,000-square-foot tilt-up with second-floor mezzanine and a linear accelerator at Long Beach Memorial Hospital.

9Installed a 750 KVA emergency generator system and a Heli-pad and renovated the lobby, nurse’s station, gift shop, and cafeteria for Circle City Hospital.

10Converted Van Nuys Community Hospital to a drug rehabilitation/psychiatric center.
