Working as an Operation and Maintenance Engineer Electrical, section in TATA STEEL PLANT ODISHA through ENGINEERING SERVICES INTERNATIONAL from August 2015.

Operation and maintenance of electrical motors pumps ventilation systems chiller units in the sinter plant.

Operation and maintenance of electrical equipments in the RMHS area.

Operation and maintenance of HT, LT Transformers in the SMS region.

Operation and maintenance of FIRE water pumps in the SINTER PLANT area.

Trouble Shooting of Electrical issues in the COAL YARD area.

Operation and maintenance of lighting and ventilation systems in the SMS, RMHS, SINTER PLANT.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

Worked as an Asst. OPERATION AND MAINTRNANCE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER at BPCL CRYOGENIC PLANT, URAN, From JULY 2014 TO AUGUST 2015.

It is the one and only LPG Cryogenic plant in India, commissioned in 2012, July.

Working through AIRON TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD, MUMBAI. WORK KNOWLEDGE:

* Operation and maintenance of VFD (variable frequency drive) panels of 137kw in tank pump and 37k w preheater fans.

* Operation of 1250kw diesel generator and monthly maintenance of diesel generator and all the sub systems related to this unit.

*Operation of 720kw, 6.6kv flash compressor during ship unloading time and precooking time of LPG through DCS or Manual mode from power cum motor control center (MCC).

*Operation of 11kw cooling tower fans when precooling and unloading time of LPG.

* Daily routine checking of 3MVA, 2.5MVA transformers.

* Operation of 320kw Boil off compressors during precooling process of LPG.

* Carried maintenance of all the lighting and ventilation units inside the cryogenic plant area.

* Visit JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust) along with officers during ship unloading and participated in unloading OF PROPANE AND BUTANE.

*Currently working as DCS Operator cum Operation and maintenance engineer in main control room.

* Deep knowledge in process of the Cryogenic Plant.

*Operation and maintenance of 6.6kv, 22kv vacuum circuit breakers. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: NPCIL site KOODANKULAM through TATA GARI TERRO TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD from may 2013 to June 2014.

Worked as an Engineer – Operation and maintenance (electrical section).

During my job, had a good experience in handling the situations of critical parameters lively at on site and also to organize a work team.

Operation and maintenance of 6.3MW, 6.3KVA Emergency Diesel Generator and all the sub systems related to Diesel Generator.

Daily Routine Checking of all the ventilation systems inside unit 1 reactor area.

Daily Routine Checking of AFPS (automatic fire protection systems) inside the plant.

Experience in daily routine checking of uranium leads working inside the reactor area along with HP(health physics) officer.
