My responsibility as a TSI Computer Technician was to support 1 to 1 program at Morton High School District 201. This included, maintaining and troubleshooting Dell projectors, repairing student and teacher devices, testing educational software, providing training for educational software, working with Windows Deployment Server, working with Active Directory, acknowledge and close tickets, and working with Windows Server.
