A Windows based GUI system designed for LASON’s WPPACIFICARE Department to carryover their production. There are four kinds of users for the system like Admin User, Operator user, Audit User and Report user. Administrator is the one who adds up a user and sets the users privilege. Before production administrator assign CPQ and division to the Operator. Then Only Operator Start the production. Previously the production is done manually and the entries are maintained in Microsoft Excel, which has now been automated, and now the production work can be carried out using the software developed. It also has an option to Audit the production done by a user. An Audit user or an Administrator of the system can do the Audit. It has an additional feature of maintaining the timesheet entries. The time taken for production work for a day by a user is calculated automatically. Start and end time of each and every production entry is calculated automatically and stored in the database from which the production time of each and every user is calculated and also his time of work is calculated. Apart from production time other timesheet entries are made in the time sheet entry screen. It has a variety of reports, like Productivity report, production report, User-Wise Report, shiftwise report, Audit Report and so on.
