Responsible for bidding, contract awarding, obtaining permits, and scheduling contractors. Supervised the demolition and reconstruction of property and 138 apartments destroyed by floodwaters. Coordinated with city and county officials, inspectors, structural engineers, insurance adjusters & property owners.
