I had been worked in Afghanistan with the Masood Hamid Construction organisation, in Kabul, Afghanistan, since 07/01/2009 to 20/03/2013 as a HR Manager. I had made effective strategy for the enhance of the company work. I created a good relation, between employees and employer, including absence, disciplinarians, grievances and sickness. I was leading and directing the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR services to the Company. I was measuring employee satisfaction and identifying on performance improvement. In addition, I was implementing learning strategy step by step to increase the employee’s ability and improve their skills according their responsibility.
