Achievement Highlight
System Design - Obtained concept buy-in from upper management and production for a new concept clean sheet system design that integrated all major subcomponents for the Citation CJ4 hydraulic system into a single module. Design features allowed module assembly off aircraft and installation/removal as a single unit, while also retaining the ability to replace individual components of the module without removing the entire package from the aircraft. This reduced production installation of the system from 14 hours to 20 minutes while retaining ease of field maintenance. Performed all definition, layout, specification design and test for new system. Product continues to perform at a high reliability and customer satisfaction rate.
Awards
Leading Edge award for hydraulic component pack design and implementation.
