SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

HOSPITAL

Respond to all STAT, TIMED and ROUTINE draws. Respond to all codes STROKE ALERT, CODE BLUES, AND ACUTE REPONSE.

Draw labs for ICU, ER hard sticks, birthing center, old behavior health, Oncology, Same Day surgery. Patients range from New born- 100+. Ability to work in stressful situations. Example (Performing phlebotomy on a patient receiving CPR)

MEDICAL ASSISTANT, RECEPTIONIST

Answer phones, data collection, and filing. Collect patient co pay and verify prescription refills.

Assist doctor with various procedures, Centrifuges collection, Vitals. Patient range from 18-75

Read study protocol before starting any study. Study check- in procedures, subjects and belonging search, mouth check, blood sample collection, sample processing and storage, ekg according to study protocol. I help dose the

Subjects with various medications depending on protocol and sponsors.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Rotate between clinics, performing every 15 minutes blood draws lasting 2-6 hours, 30-48 subjects per draw.

As a traveling phlebotomist I would receive my requisitions through email in the evening. I map out my route the night before then call my patients with a time of arrival for the next day

Then travel 30-180 miles per day to patient’s houses and or home health facilities to perform phlebotomy, urine, stool, and swab collections. Phlebotomy experience on New Born, Toddlers, Children, and geriatric. Nine years’ experience
