Job Description is to Preparation of circuit schematic using Capital Logic software as well as preparation of 2D drawing using Capital Harness XC drawing.

Preparation of 2D is done using xml file from 3D & by sync with logic with the help of build list.

Preparation of Integrator Plane using Capital integrator software for showing overall vehicle harness topology by interconnecting all the harnesses.

Currently working for Crawler Dozer & Loader 944K FT4 project –In that have a job responsibility of Selection of wire type & CSA as per SAE,ISO standard.

Wire selection as per physical conditions like where flexibility requirement as well as temperature range.

Wire selection to meet the ampere rating fulfillment.

Selection of inline connectors like sealed, unsealed, as per suitability in dust as well as oily environment & fuse rating selection to protect device from overcurrent, short circuit. Similarly selection of Relay to drive application

Selection of insulation as per surrounding temperature range requirement

Correct insulation while passing through oily environment used insulation like braided tube & covering of polyethylene conduit tube.

Resolve DFM points of supplier.

Selection of CAN as per J1939 standard for communication.

Selection of terminal plating as per current requirement.

Designs for Mule build, proto build-as per proto feedback design updation.

Once Design finalise then process for production

Previously worked on All LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) vehicle platforms of TATA MOTORS

Job profile is preparation of schematic in Capital Logic & 2D drawing in Capital Harness XC using interactive flow in Mentor Graphics Software, selection of connectors from device drawing, selection of fuse, wire size & type, inline connector, relay, Insulation on wiring harness.

2D drawing preparation by collecting XML file through 3D and by sync with logic.

Preparation of 2D drawing in Creo, CHS, CATIA V5 software.

Simulations of logic in CHS software once it is get finalised.

In simulation –performs short circuit test, voltage drop testing is done.

Preparation of 3D routing of electrical wiring harness in CATIA V5 software. & assemble surrounding data,

selection of shortest path for branch in 3D & routing of branches by taking care of high flammable area or high temp area,

Avoide fouling with surrounding area as well as harness to harness

Poka yoki for selection of inline connector to be done as well as selection of different color connector to avoid mismatch of connection

Worked on CNG, Diesel vehicles, BSIII, BSIV norms vehicle.

Have a knowledge of PLM software & component selection knowledge.

Recently worked on ABS (Antilock breaking system) & SLD (speed limiter Device) implementation in vehicles.

6)Warranty analysis done at customer end with QA team for wiring harness & found route cause of any problem for Example fouling, burning, rubbing.
