Responsible for reviewing, approving functional FSD, checking technical feasibility, design interfaces, write technical specifications, estimate resource requirements, modularize and assign tasks, monitor progress, review and approve the code, test, trouble shoot and implement projects, and provide production support, and deal with project management team and the end users.
