Promoted from Equipment Engineer responsible for Metals toolsets based on situational leadership.

Performed Phase II coordinator directed installation and commissioning of 2nd 100MW production line.

Managed 120 operators and 4 supervisors to achieve 120K cell outs/day at 99% yield, 20.2% efficiency.

Engineered processes for the following systems; AMAT Centura RTP, AG Heatpulse Rapid Thermal Process (RTP) systems, Watkins Johnson Atmosphere Chemical Vapor Deposition (APCVD), AMAT P5000 Plasma Enhanced (PECVD) and associated metrology in a LDMOS / RFBiCMOS / MEMs Sensor factory.

Developed and sustained: Wet Chemistry Etches, Dry Chemistry and Plasma Etches, PVD Metal Films,

APCVD, SACVD and PECVD Dielectric Films.

Re-design “slip free ring” that reduces thermally induced Stacking Fault, resulting implementation improved yield 12%.

Improved RTP tool availability from 65% to 95%.

Solved process issues (thermal ramp rate) at RTP resulting in 7% yield improvement.

Ran experiments that pinpointed root cause as residual oxygen in gas manifold; increased equipment yield 24%.
