International Exporting Clerk: NESCO RESOURCES Columbus, Ohio

First I would audit the merchandise that was picked, then I would change the

outbound delivery to make a packing list. I would then proceed to create a

Commercial Invoice, a SLI form and a Manifest for the product that would be

on that truck. After all documents are made and signed, I would then e-mail

the paperwork to the customer who would then send me a booking# and a track-

ing#. I would then proceed to create a shipment making the BOL for that

truckload. I have shipped to France, Australia, Singapore and China.

Receive inbound and ship outbound freight, ensure accuracy of all Bill of

Lading documents. Handle all customers at the dispatch window in a profess-

ional manner. Maintain legible and accurate records and driver logs as

required. Complete all end of day assingnments such as : sending all e-mails,

closing out FED EX and assisting the warehouse with documents for the next

day.
