Served as Program Manager for replacement of Material Handling System, as well as Material Flow Redesign and Optimization, including inbound and outbound freight operations, raw materials, and finished goods packaging for electronic automotive components using agile methodology. Process Improvements generated net annual savings of $3,700,000.

Conducted replacement analysis, system development, and project implementation of a four-aisle, mini-load Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS / RS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), resulting in annual labor cost savings of 95%, translating into $1,500,000.

Developed interface between mini-load AS / RS and Automatic Guided Vehicle System (AGVS), deploying two articulating-arm robots.

Performed decision analysis, justification, and management of a budget of $3,000,000.

Designed, implemented, and deployed ISO compliant passive Radio Frequency Identification (UHF / RFID) system, automating Receipt of Goods process and integrating with corporate SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, enabling efficiencies which saved the company $3,500,000.

Optimized and reduced the AGV fleet vehicles by 46% through simulation analysis, resulting in annual savings of $200,000.

Implemented Lean Manufacturing concepts, creating annual savings of $3,200,000.
