Project Description:

Frontier Communications is TierII telecom service provider having Legacy-DSL, Verizon-FIOS / A&T-Uverse services in specific areas (Legacy/Copper/POTS/Fiber/Data/Voice/Video/SIP).

System testing team is involved in testing of enhancements done across customer care/provisioning/networking/billing systems of Frontier offerings. TRIAD/SIMPL is provisioning App.


Engage into BRT sessions (OSS/BSS proj), review BRs and comment/provide approvals as necessary.

Creating / running Automation scripts for SIMPL (Web-based application) using Selenium Web Driver. (Page-objects Framework)

System test DPI/TRIAD/Sterling7 apps with different APIs like ESB/TIBCO/Rosettian/Datapower.

Project: Amdocs Lightspeed Billing System Integration Testing (ENABLER)

Project Description:

Enabler is a telecom billing Amdocs application supporting billing of fiber Optic based AT&T's products like IPTV/VoIP/HSIA. Enabler system consists of Guiding, Rating, Invoicing, AR – Account Receivable components. XACCT is a mediation component which collects/format the row data into billable data. Guiding component Enabler A&F guide/format the usage records from XACCT to Rater. Rater is the heart of the Enabler system which applies rates on the usage done by the customer. Rater also taxes the customer based on rules defined in vertex. Enabler invoicing generates the total usage extracts feeds to bill formatter. Bill Formatter produces the PDF files on the specific cycle of the customer.


Leading team for a major release regression (OSS/BSS) which included assigning tasks, monitoring the progress on daily basis, report generation, interaction with client for issues or concerns.

Hands on experience working on Reconcilliation scripts needed to validate Data conversion while testing Enabler application upgrade from Ver 7.5 to 9.1.

Address interface issues among multiple applications: CRM, OMS, other Enabler applications (CM, Rater,Invoicing, Guiding & AR), external third party applications and middlewares (CSI).
