Highlights

Managed 30 plus employees in maintenance, shipping & receiving, tool cribs, and maintenance stock rooms.

Controlled and managed major projects such as revamping building, moving machines, installing HVAC systems and bringing a new acquired company into our facility.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Control a nine million dollar budget while maintaining a 330,000 square foot facility and over five hundred machines and processes.

Managed maintenance department, shipping and receiving dept, tool cribs, and maintenance stock room.

Built cross functional teams to managed inventory, major projects, overhead budgets, track assets, and government property.

Worked with a team to bring our plant up to ISO90001AS certification and currently working with multiple GD-OTS sites to gain ISO50001 certification.

Successfully revamped 70,000 square feet of building 1 and moved a newly acquired company in and had them up and running under budget and ahead of schedule.
