I am writing to you with regards to apply for a technical support with your company, I am a highly organized, self-motivated, very reliable and very hard worker. I used to live overseas for 14 years, have my advanced diploma of electro-technology from New Zealand.
In addition, I have bachelor of agriculture science from Ain Sham University and a diploma of computing from the AUC in Cairo.
I have 5 years work experience with customer service as I used to work for Taxi Company at Melbourne, Australia.
I used to dealing with customers trying to solve their problems and communicate between them and the company to solve any technical issue with the system. In addition, I used to be involved in searching for new suppliers for spare parts in order to save company money.
I doing logistics as well by contact suppliers overseas (mainly china) and arranging with them spare parts and the price in a quotation and dealing with our customers and following up with the logistic company the processing of the shipment till it arrive safely to the customer warehouse.
