NEXEN LLSW STANDARD WELLPAD PROJECT (SWP) AND BASE PLAT SUSTAINING PROGRAM

Responsibilities

Involved in the EDS and detailed Engineering Design for Standard WellPad Project.

Provided input in preparing deliverable list and Project Execution plan for Standard WellPad

Actively involved in review and checking of piling, foundation and Structural Steel Design.

Checked Engineering work packages(EWPs) and Construction work packages(CWPs)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to prepare civil/structural scope of work, list of deliverable and providing man-hours estimate.

Reviewed Design of additional pump foundations and extension of building and its foundation.

Frequently visited site to assess stability of structures, maintenance work required, and provided recommendation with special consideration of cost optimization and ease of construction.

Athabasca Oil Corporation Hangingstone facility will be built phases to achieve a total production capacity of 117,000 BPCD. The plant consists of roads, pipe rack modules, process modules, modular and field erected buildings, tanks, storm water management ponds and lay down areas.

Job Responsibilities

Involved in the FEED and detailed Engineering Design and successfully finished the project.

Involved in the preparation of grading plan and drainage design (ditches, culverts, sewer and ponds).

Responsible to assess and interpret geotechnical work done by subcontractors and provided recommendations, while assessing geotechnical parameters, for design of foundations, stability of slopes.

Major Project Wara Pressure Maintenance Project (WPMP Project)

WPMP has provision to inject 1000,000 BWPD of treated produced water in 220 injection wells throughout the Burgan field. Civil/Structural scope includes Pipe racks, Tank foundations, Pump foundation, equipment foundations, Substation building, Control room building, Shelters, Bund walls etc.

Major Project: - Booster Station-160 (BS-160)

BS-160 consists of two identical trains with provision of third train. Each train consists of a single stage LP and HP centrifugal compression system, and gas dehydration system.

Directed activities to ensure that Design, construction, and installation conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and KOC standards, and requirements.

Actively involved in preparation of Geotechnical scope of work on behalf of client.

Maintains effective communication with the contractor, project team members and with the customer.
