Part of project management team that successfully developed and managed schedule, cost and risk planning and execution of about $28 million Trinity Galeota (TGAL-1) Trinidad and Tobago offshore Oil and Gas capital project.

Liaised with project manager and production team lead and field superintendent design Project Management System (PMS) that aligned to company’s objective used for effective execution of $42 million Bibiyana West Pad Gas production & Refining Project in North-Eastern Bangladesh.

Pioneered effective communication network that replaced a disjointed system within the rig site and offsite teams by applying the best practices for drilling and exploration operations.
