• Served in a full-time, on-site contractor role as a project manager representing the BP-Husky Toledo Refinery in executing engineered projects up to $10M total installed cost.
• Led over one dozen assigned Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects through the complete life cycle, taking responsibility for overall management, control, coordination and execution to include scope management, design, environmental review and permitting, cost engineering, procurement and contracting, construction, schedule performance, and financial closeout.

• Completed military engineering projects including construction of light timber-framed structures, light structural steel warehouses, expeditionary roads, military bridges, and forward operating bases, demilitarization operations, electric power generation and distribution, repair of roads, culverts, and bridges, water purification and hygiene operations, and bulk fuel reception, storage, and distribution.
• While deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 12-2 in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, completed 27 major engineer projects utilizing over 8,000 man hours, 1,800 equipment hours, and $200,000 in construction materials while concurrently supervising utility support operations at 13 remote forward operating bases.
• Mentored daily all subordinates through informal talks and formal reports to ensure personal growth and professional development.
