Dear Sir or Ma’am,
I am an eager ambitious young man. Ever since I started learning chemistry I knew it was going to be something I will enjoy for the rest of my life. I believe the pursuit of greater understanding and knowledge of my field can be achieved through working for your organization. It is to my understanding. As a scientist, we like to solve problems that are presented to us. As a biochemist, I can approach problems and situations from different perspectives that might not be considered by other disciplines.
Four years at The Military College of Vermont, Norwich University, has instilled military discipline and professional etiquette into my daily life. I can follow instructions as they are given to me and are taken care of in a timely manner. I know how orders are given and how a chain of command operate having lived the military life style for four years.
The difference about my education versus others
is that my four years at Norwich University have been geared towards the future prospect of working in a laboratory or in a research environment. A large portion of my education was focused on laboratory protocol and procedures; Operating many instruments, using analytical techniques, and quantifying data. Quality Control and Quality Assurance is one of the most important things I learned. The ability to have the confidence to tell you these results and data are accurate and precise within these ranges. These are just a few examples of what I can offer to benefit to your company.
I hope to be hearing from you soon. I have my resume attached to this document for your viewing. If you have any question I am always available. References are available on request.
Respectfully,
Alexander Olynik

RESEARCH
Research with Dr. Ethan Guth on GatCAB. Glutamine synthetase is a near perfect match in GatCAB. Using an active site in GatCAB that corresponds with Glutamine synthetase and altering a specific amino acid, it could be observed to see the function of GatCAB can be stopped.
My own research into Electronic Cigarettes, testing for any harmful or potentially dangerous substances as a result from the vaporization of the liquid. Extensively using a Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer and the chemical technique of derivatization. Studying the heated products from e-cigarettes.
