OBJECTIVE
I am seeking a press operator position. Currently I operate a HP Indigo 4500 and 6800 press. I am certified, had shared maintenance, Operated 3200 and 7200 HP presses. I have been operating HP presses for ten years.
SUMMARY
I have been in the printing business for 35 years. Operating small offset presses to jogging on web presses moving up to roll tender and second pressman to first pressman running a crew up to six people. Last 15 years started operating digital presses operating a Heidelberg DI for five years, and then HP Indigo presses the last ten years. I am certified and had shared maintenance. I became a lead pressman and wrote up many procedures for maintenance. Worked on the machines and trained many fellow workers. Invented a bypass system for our finishing line on are 7200 HP press which was patent and was presented an award.

Started operating a 40 in sheet fed Roland press. Then was promoted and operated our new Heidelberg DI for five years. Promoted again to operate our new HP 3200 press went to HP classes and was certified and also went to classes for shared maintenance and was certified. Worked side by side with HP tech from Israel for one year which my company hired him as part of are contract He gave me a lot of experience and got me ready for our new HP 7200 press which I was also certified and had shared maintenance. We had four machines as lead operator my duty was to fix the machine when it went down order parts and supplies, operate and train fellow workers. I also ran a Hunkeler Finishing Line which was made for our press, and a EMT punching unit. I invented a bypass unit which bypassed the punches on certain jobs that save a lot of down time. I was presented with a reward and had my unit patent.

I started as a second Pressman on a 110 web five unit press with a crew of five, set color and registration, Promoted to first pressman in charge of crew making sure producing a quality product from start to finish.

Started as a jogger on a Miehle five unit Web press was promoted to a roll tender then a second pressman to a first pressman. Worked on a number of presses which included a Harris five unit M-200 Web press, Toshiba five unit Web press, Baker G-14 8 unit Web press and a Mark 16 five unit Web press. Produced high quality commercial printing.
