Sandvik Coromant as Graduate Apprentice Engineer (2015-2016) Projects -

Lead the team of college students for SMED design and implementation (ongoing)

Design of LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) hoods to reduce cobalt exposure level

Redesigned parts of DORST machine which was in fully nonworking condition and refurbished it to fully functional to increase production capacity

Prepared SOP of FETTE pressing machine for reducing cycle time which resulted in saving of 60 Lac INR.

OEE analysis and improvement using 5S techniques. BE PROJECT:

Project Name: Automation of Stator Welding Machine To reduce the cost and dependency on Skilled Technician, by implementing Automation in the welding machine. Hydraulics and Pneumatics in the welding machine made it easy for handling by simply operating a lever.
