Responsible for all Surveyor duties including data collection for sanitary, domestic water, and building codes to satisfy with the county requirements.

Worked with a consultant Engineer as a team. Checked HVAC, Plumbing, Electricity, SCDOH, waste, storm drainages at schools, hospitals, libraries, prisons, businesses, the Highway Department and residential homes. Those specifications need to satisfy the town department’s requirements.

Revised and created new drawings/blueprints with AutoCAD 2000.

Senior Mechanical Designer

Responsible for creating designs to meet the customer’s requests by providing Spec. Those tasks were performed from detail to assembly, ECN, and BOM.

Drew materials with SDRC Version 9, Geometric Dimension and Tolerances, AutoCAD Release 14, Bravo, Windows 98 for Mechanical applications, Tooling and from detail to assembly, 3D to support the Research and Development Department/Design and Development Department.

ONGARD STERILIZER SYSTEM INC., Hauppauge, New York 10/96 – 12/97

Designer

Responsible for the design of the Sterilization cleaning chamber for hospitals, dentists’ offices, colleges, and medical labs. Customer had requested a specific chamber size so that it would fit into their floor plan. Additional cart-basket from entrance to out.

Designed on a $6,000,000.00 project for Boston Harvard University Science (biology lab department). did Drew materials with AutoCAD Release 13 for Vessel, Frame, Fascia, Contamination Seal, Cart, Floor PLAN, and Piping Diagrams by customer request. Sent information or changed BOM in Excel System.

HENLOPEN INC., Melville, New York 9/93 – 10/96

Junior Designer

Junior Designer for cosmetic industry (lipstick, mascara, eyebrow pencil, and blush). Designed for plastic injection mold for assembly line. Helped and worked with Research and Development Department. Drew materials with CAD through Novell System (DOS) and AutoCAD for Mechanical applications, Tooling and from detail to assembly and 3D. Sent information or change BOM in Excel system.

Designed and established automation for assembly line from welding, paint coat assembly package. Examples include wheelchair, walker, cane, bed, bath safety, toilet seat for physically challenged people. Became an employee of the month in August of 1990. Won 3rd place in a drafting contest which was sponsored by Computer Vision Systems.
