Voice based Personal Assistance for iOT: I am responsible to lead, manage and design interactions for voice based personal assistant for iOT. Planned and conducted surveys to understand the domain usage data from real usage to shape and design our product. Andon Cord for Seller Support Associates: I was sole designer responsible to redesign the interaction for Andon cord application which suffered many usability issues. I planned and conducted contextual user interviews and observation sessions with seller support associates and collected data which helped me drive and make redesign recommendations. Later I conducted lab based usability testings session with seller support associates on a working prototype to validate my design.
Amazon Neighborhood: Has sole responsibility for designing end to end experience of the Amazon Neighborhood application which allows local sellers to setup their business and brand/product information with minimal effort. I conducted field studies and interviewed local sellers from different business lines to understand their business, needs, limitations and their mental model with online selling. I also conducted usability testing of my paper prototype and later a working prototype and refined design based on the research data.
Amazon Publisher Studio: Has sole responsibility for designing end to end experience for Amazon Publisher studio a tool which allows amazon associates to easily create contextual advertising links on their sites.
