Discuss the objective, requirements of a project.

Prepare drawings and present ideas for the client to review.

Develop final construction plans that shows the building’s appearance as well as details for its construction.

Prepare and submit final submission Architectural drawings as required by the local authorities.

Co-ordinate with various departments such as Structure, Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing.

Co-ordinate with local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Heritage Department, Tecom, DTMFZA, Dubai World Center etc.

Communicate with the local market and collect quotations for the required items.

Prepare Particular specification as per the drawings approved by the local authorities

Evaluate the BOQ’s prepared by the contractor’s and prepare tender result and comparative among the contracor’s
