Manage and train diverse groups of office and production personnel in the areas of safety, including program compliance documentation and employee training logs.

Ergonomic trainer for office and production employees.

Manage OSHA required documentation to ensure compliance for 650+ personnel.

American Red Cross CPR, BBP, AED and first aid instructor.

Safety Improvement

Six Sigma black belt and LEAN manufacturing trained which provides greater guidance, communication and coaching to site leaders.

Continuous improvement & adherence to MPCA and Federal requirements. This includes air, storm water and waste disposal and minimization.
