11/2015 to 07/2016 RHT (Contracted out to WageWorks), Mequon, WI

Part of a project team that helped migrate Cobra Insurance files from Ceridian to WageWorks.

Created detailed mapping plans to implement inbound or outbound file feeds. This includes collaboration with a third party vendor, developing an implementation plan, testing files (Quality Assurance) and moving to production. Ensured that migrations and integrations were completed timely and accurately.

Part of a team that redesigned and consolidated the Middleware Programs/ETL in ADT. Made sure that the daily processes and programs ran and no errors occur. Queried the backend SQL database for ad hoc reporting and data integrity. Created new programs to manipulate data to be entered into the asset management-tracking database. Trained and incorporated new business units into the Asset Tracking and the Bulk Asset Upload system.

Crystal Reports Developer

I created Crystal Reports using Crystal Reports XI according to client specifications. Groupware Technologies is a company that has a proprietary software system that handles case management in the medical field. The back end database is SQL and the reports were created by either using the record selection tab in Crystal or a command statement containing a SQL query. I am familiar with sub reports, cross tabs, grouping and sorting along with the rest of the functionality of Crystal. I also understand table linking and basic relational database design.

Crystal Reports Developer

2/2008 - 6/2008 ECI LaCrosse, LaCrosse, WI

Developed Crystal Reports for ECI LaCrosse Customers ranging in data content from Statements, Invoices and PO Approvals to Technician Mileage. They were developed either using simple table reports or through the use of SQL Stored Procedures and User Defined Functions. Reports were completed in a timely manner and within ECI LaCrosse standards.

I was responsible for the conversion and clean up of old data to be mapped into a new database. I was able to map 65 % of the new data to the old data through automation before it was sent for review for manual mapping and conversion. I ran reports and metrics evaluating the progress and efficiency of Lean Six Sigma projects for the Project Leads. I helped Project Managers retrieve accurate data using the database interface and the MS Excel spreadsheets I created for the monthly productivity meetings attended by the companies Vice Presidents.
