Boeing sold off the Wichita Kansas division to Onex Corp. then created Spirit AeroSystems. We quickly became the largest Tier 1 supplier to Boeing, Airbus, Sikorsky, and Gulfstream. We accomplished a complete IT Infrastructure insourcing from a vendor saving millions of dollars. Managed budget and resources driven from metrics, while seamlessly integrating new hardware and software. All of this was done with no impact to the business.
