QA/QC Inspector
Quality Control Inspector: Responsible for oversight of assigned crew(s) for safety, education of materials and instillation. Responsible for company equipment: vehicle, locator, various tools, tablet, cell phone, laptop, etc. I regularly oversaw the education of new crew member on what we were looking for according to specifications brought in by Google all while adhering to any and all safety regulations. Responsible for being available to subcontractors for any questions, preproduction walk throughs, and preconstruction meetings to answer any questions. Regularly dealt with city inspectors, private locating companies, and divisional field supervisors to follow up on design changes, specification changes, and changes made to field policies the city would/could make.
Quality Assurance Inspector: Responsible for walking production validation with subcontractors, third party engineering firm, and Google representatives when applicable, to count and validate footage and completed work for billing. Routinely was responsible for making sure any production that had not been entered, was ready for validation and tasked with scheduling, overseeing, and maintaining the product until Google signed off for Substantial Completion (SC). I very often would do SC walks that would be the final inspection before turning over an area (LCP), over to Google.

Project Manager: Responsible for authoring proposal, data analysis, building a team of professionals who would contribute on their own, while managing group input for optimal results. This proposal has been pursued to growing non-contact sports on a global scale, with the intention to gain major media attention while partnering with an existing sportswear provider.
