Market Manager 2003 – 2013

Managed $55M industrial segment within engineered performance product business. Product lines include industrial, automotive, aviation and marine markets. Responsibilities include customer engagement, satisfaction, product pricing, margins, P&L, product development and manufacturing linkage. Managed sales and marketing group of 4, as well as commission sales agents (automotives).

Grew business from $35M to $55M dollars by increased share, vertical integration and new product development in abrasive substrate business (3M, Saint-Gobain, ALI), automotive vinyl business (Morbern & Haartz),Coated Substrate business (Bondcote and United States Print Office (USGPO).
