Assisted clients with day-to-day issues, crisis’s and project implementations.

Managed multiple client online O365 and Exchange services including ediscovery requests.

Implemented a Veeam Endpoint backup project for individual computers groups across a multiple client sites.

Implemented an Aerohive Hive Manager NG wifi solution for an educational institute and remediated the wifi network for a multistate client.

Re-organized the cabling at datacenter and secondary locations by color coding and reconfigured all switches and routers to reflect the changes and completed network documentation.

Upgraded and maintained the network from Windows 2000 AD to 2003 AD and recently to a Microsoft 2012 AD environment.

Virtualized the datacenter using VMWare v6.01 and upgraded implemented a new backup strategy using Veeam Backup and Replication v9.
