EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
In my years at Simons I did a variety of task. Started off running a Manual lathe and mill for around six months then I was moved over to the CNC shop and ran a Puma 200 and a Fadal mill. In 2009 I was promoted to shop foreman where I managed quality, production, dealt and spoke to customers on a daily basis to give updates of there jobs. In the years at Simons I gained a tremendous amount of experience. At Parkway I was hired on straight out of school to run a manual lathe and mill. Didn't stay long cause I was looking for an opportunity to get into CNC machining. EDUCATION HISTORY
I went to school to start my education of learning the basic's of the machine shop. ADDITIONAL INFO
In my fourteen years of experience in the manufacturing business I have done a variety of jobs with the same goal always in mind to do the best as I possibly can to contribute to making the customer satisfied. As shop foreman I coordinated, planned, directed, and monitored daily operations of the shop. I also worked closely with employees and customers to guarantee an excellent final product. I was in charge of eight people at one time with three Doosan CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, also two fifth axis Doosan combo CNC's with Fanuc controls also, and one Fadal 3016 CNC mill. We had a quality program that I was in charge of and also a material tagging system that I also was in charge of to make sure the right material stayed with the right job.
