Redesigned a dental mirror cleaning attachment. Managed student team and conducted meetings with professor advisor and sponsor. Researched patents to avoid patent infringement. Oversaw rapid prototyping of different design concepts and testing of designs. Improved the functionality of the attachment by 200%.

Interactive Qualifying Project (IQP), WPI/Nantucket, MA 8/08-12/08

“Creating an iPED Tour of Nantucket”

Developed and tested a prototype hand-held tour of properties owned by the Nantucket Historical Association in the Nantucket Downtown Historic District. Compared current technologies to select the best option on the market for use. Researched and wrote scripts for each of the historic sites. Managed students at project site in absence of professor advisor.
