REDUCE THE STEAM CONSUMPTION OF EVAPORATOR BY USING FLASH STEAM RECOVERY SYSTEM

steam consumption of a evaporator in sugar mill is reduced by using flash steam recovery system. Using flash steam recovery system, output from the evaporator (steam +water) is separated, steam from evaporator is recirculated to next evaporator as a input and water from the evaporator is recirculated to the boiler, so by reducing the steam consumption, cost and raw material used for producing steam is reduced.
