My bidding assisted in obtaining a $15.000,000 school project with a $100,000 by out.

Construction Manager for Land Development Engineering and surveying Ferndale WA: 130,000SF - $25,000,000 Office Complex. Duties included estimating, purchasing, value engineering, change orders, site and building inspection. Through my efforts was able to save the owner over $2,000,000.

2008-2009

Construction Manager for Forward Development Company Bellingham WA:

Overall manager for a 48,000sf shopping center as well as numerous tenant improvements valued at $11,000,000. Due to my efforts saved the firm approx. $300,000. When this project was finished the owner was unable to secure financing for other projects.

2005-2007

Construction Manager for Impero Construction Co of Bellingham, WA:

Hired to complete a 40,000SF Jail for Whatcom County this was an $8,000,000 project. Due to my abilities, I saved the company over $500,000 and finished the project on time, at the completion of this project the owner decided to retire and I was the last person to be released.

2002-2005

President Citadel Construction Co of Everson, WA:

Citadel purchased, permitted and built a 50,000SF commercial office complex and condos. This project was sold and I decided to close my doors and work for other firms in the construction manager responsibility.

2000-2002

Estimator and Project manager for Imco Construction on sewage and waste water treatment plants. Sewer Plant $9,000,000 Water Plant $2,000,000

My duties included estimating, buying, and managing. As a result was able to save $300,000 in buyout and change orders. My personal relationship with the owners and engineers resulted in letters of recommendations.

Started Patrick J Timmins Engineering and Building contractor in San Diego in 1974 until 2000 Building over 150 projects in public and private work. Left San Diego to Bellingham WA to take care of my mother in law.

All projects completed on time and within costs with zero law suits.
