Special Education Teacher for the REACH Program in Christina School District (September 2007 – October 2010)
oTaught students in the REACH Program between the ages of 15 to 21 with moderate to severe disabilities. Some students had Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Deaf/blind, Spina Bifida, and Autism.
oAssisted the school psychologist in creating several Behavioral Intervention Plans for students with severe behavioral concerns.

oCompleted at the Francis Harvey Green School (Delaware County Intermediate Unit). This consisted of 40 days working in a special education setting.
oThe classroom had 8 students, all with a primary diagnosis of Autism.
oAssisted the teacher with data collection and creating applicable lessons based on the students needs.
Therapeutic Staff Support for Chester County Regional Educational Services (August 2006 – June 2008)
oOne-on-one behavior modification with children ranging in various locations on the Autistic Spectrum in both their home and school settings.
oWorked with the children on specific behavioral goals set forth in the behavior plan, which was created by the treatment team.
oWorked collaboratively with a team of professionals and family members with each client to create the best treatment plan for each individual client.
oCollected data on clients behaviors and all of their targeted goals throughout each session and presented them to the behavioral specialist on the treatment team.
