OBJECTIVE:
To add my numerous skills and dedication to an Apartment / Condominium Community, where I can truly make a difference to the community, the property and the management company as a whole.
MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
During my ten years in Property Management, I learned to make a difference. I have the ability to "walk a property" and evaluate a properties current and future needs. My first major renovation transformed an under performing 54 unit property with a 45% vacancy rate to a immaculate, well maintained property with curb appeal and average 1% vacancy rate. My sec- ond major renovation was a deteriorating 132 Unit
Mid-Wilshire property (Los Angeles). Details included full interior painting, carpet, design and lighting. Both properties continue to have excellent curb appeal and are maintained in excel- lent condition. My major asset to any Property Management Company is my dedication to the job, the tenants and the property management company. EXPERIENCE:
